One-man next day delivery
This is our core activity where, typically, freight is collected daily from your premises within a time window for delivery during the next day to virtually anywhere in the UK. Popular variations on collection arrangements include on-demand collections and the use of articulated trailers parked up at customer sites for the loading of high volume daily freight. Variations of the delivery time include premium-priced next day by 9-30 am, next day by 12-00 noon, and two or three-day delivery options. Deliveries may be made to businesses, organisations and consumers, although residential deliveries may attract a surcharge.
Depending on the nature of the contract, customers may be given secure online access to the DX computer network to book collections and generate documentation and labelling. Each customer is given login access to a range of additional online services including parcel tracking.
